How can I reach customer service?

Shipping Information

How much does shipping cost?

Per order we charge 5,95 € shipping costs for deliveries within Germany.
From an order value of 99 € (excl. voucher) the delivery is free of charge.

Where is my delivery?

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation by email. In addition, as soon as the package reaches a transshipment center, you will receive a package notification directly from the delivery agent.

What do I do if I cannot accept my parcel?

The delivery agent will leave a message in the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt and then store the parcel for seven working days for collection at a postal branch. You can find this on the notification card. After seven working days, the parcel is returned.

What payment methods can I choose?

We offer the following payment methods:

  • Credit card: Pay easily by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express (Amex) credit card.
  • Sofortüberweisung: We offer this payment method in cooperation with Klarna.
  • Paypal: You can also pay easily and quickly with your PayPal account.
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

Orders & Returns

Where can I view the orders I have placed?

You can find an overview of all your orders in your customer profile under "My orders". There you can view your order history.

Why is my invoice not included in the package?

Invoices are generally not included in the package at e[s]thetic space. We would like to make our contribution to environmental protection and send you your invoice in a climate-friendly way by e-mail.
